: Review date:Daily rinsing with oil helps a lot to keep the oral flora intact. Next to coconut oil, Amanprana Foeniculum Mouth Oil is the most delicious I know. If you don't have a problem with oil pulling anyway, I recommend it, it has a fresh taste and leaves you feeling good. Unfortunately, it is expensive, but my health is worth it.
Die tägliche Spülung mit Öl hilft sehr, die Mundflora intakt zu halten. Neben Kokosöl ist mir Amanprana Foeniculum Mundöl das leckerste, das ich kenne. Wer mit Ölziehen sowieso kein Problem hat, dem sei es empfohlen, es hat einen frischen Geschmack und hinterläßt ein gutes Gefühl. Leider ist es teuer, meine Gesundheit ist es mir aber wert.
