I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance in my early 30s - you really have to reassess a lot of things in your diet. The oat noodles from Alnavit are finally gluten-free noodles that taste quite similar to the durum wheat noodles I knew and loved back then. I am very happy to have found them.

Glutenunverträglichkeit mit Anfang 30 festgestellt - man muss sich wirklich vieles auf dem Speiseplan neu zusammensuchen. Die Hafer Nudeln von Alnavit sind endlich glutenfreie Nudeln, die geschmacklich recht an meine bekannt und damals beliebten Hartweizennudeln rankommen. Ich bin sehr froh, diese gefunden zu haben.
