: Review date:We always boil these gnocchi briefly and then fry them and usually add a pureed sauce with plenty of seasoning. The consistency of the gnocchi, fried until lightly brown, together with a creamy sauce is a real revelation for the palate. The gnocchi also look great in a salad with a little shepherd's cheese or something else with a strong flavour, such as olives. You really don't notice that they are gluten-free, as was once the case with gluten-free products (or still often is).
Wir kochen diese Gnocchi immer kurz durch und braten sie danach an und machen dann meist eine pürierte Soße mit ordentlich Würze dazu. Die Konsistenz der so leicht braun gebratenen Gnocchi zusammen mit einer sämigen Soße sind eine wahre Offenbarung für den Gaumen. Auch in einem Salat mit etwas Hirtenkäse, oder etwas anderem geschmacksintensivem, wie Oliven o.ä. machen die Gnocchi echt was her. Man merkt wirklich nicht, dass sie glutenfrei sind, so wie es früher bei glutenfreien Produkten der Fall war (oder auch heute noch oft ist).
