Perhaps we had a "Monday batch". In any case, this Baumkuchen had such a strange flavour that I disposed of the second pack. I am now sticking with another manufacturer.

Vielleicht hatten wir eine "Montags-Charge". Auf jeden Fall hatte dieser Baumkuchen einen so sonderbaren Eigengeschmack, dass ich die zweite Packung davon entsorgt habe. Ich bleibe nun weiterhin bei einem anderen Hersteller.
