: Review date:An exciting vegan alternative to animal tea sausage! I love trying out the animal-free solutions from food manufacturers - so it's no surprise that the vegan T-Vurst from Allos ended up in my shopping basket. In terms of appearance, the "(V)-sausage spread" has an orange-red colour and is easy to spread on bread and rolls. In terms of flavour, the tea sausage is no comparison to the animal tea sausage. I had to put my expectations aside straight away. I also find the consistency of this spread a little powdery on the tongue. Perhaps this is due to the use of the various spices, powder and granulate ingredients? That's why I also had the impression that the T-Vurst was a little dry. I just need it to be creamier. The Allos product is definitely a good step in the right direction! However, in my opinion there is still potential for optimisation.
Eine spannende vegane Alternative zur tierischen Teewurst! Ich probiere gerne die tierfleischfreien Lösungen der Lebensmittelhersteller - klar, dass dann auch die vegane T-Vurst von Allos im Einkaufskorb gelandet ist. Von der Optik her hat der "(V)-Wurstaufstrich" eine orange-rote Farbe und lässt sich gut auf Brot und Brötchen verstreichen. Geschmacklich ist die Tee-Vurst kein Vergleich zur tierischen Teewurst. Die Erwartung musste ich direkt ablegen. Ich empfinde diesen Aufstrich von der Konsistenz her auch etwas pulvrig auf der Zunge. Vielleicht kommt das durch den Einsatz der verschiedenen Gewürze, Pulver- und Granulatzutaten? Daher hatte ich auch den Eindruck, dass die T-Vurst etwas trocken ist. Ich brauche es einfach noch cremiger. Das Produkt von Allos ist auf jeden Fall ein guter Schritt in die richtige Richtung! Jedoch gibt es hier aus meiner Sicht noch Optimierungspotential.

: Review date:I love ordering the spicier spreads from Allos because they simply taste extremely good. The fact that they are vegetarian and only filled with organic ingredients makes the whole thing a bit more interesting, of course. As a substitute for tea sausage, I'm not necessarily convinced, but their own taste is still a full 5 out of 5.
Ich bestelle die würzigeren Aufstriche von Allos sehr gerne, weil sie einfach extrem gut schmecken. Dass sie vegetarisch und nur mit Bio-Zutaten gefüllt sind, macht das ganze natürlich noch ein bisschen interessanter. Als Ersatz für Teewurst bin ich nicht unbedingt überzeugt, aber der eigene Geschmack ist trotzdem eine volle 5 von 5.
