Ein sehr cremiger Aufstrich. Auf angeröstetem Baguette hat er mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Auf Vollkornbrot war es jetzt nicht so mein Ding.

: Review date:So far, I haven't had a spread from Allos that I didn't like and I've already tried all of them (except the one with sweet potato and turmeric). I read really great ideas here, such as as a dip, on baguettes, on focaccia or in stews. It all sounds really delicious. I also like to eat the Tuscany spread with a fresh baguette from the bakery and a salad. That's all it needs for me.
Bisher hatte ich noch keinen Aufstrich von Allos, der mir nicht geschmeckt hat und ich habe schon alle (bis auf den mit Süßkartoffel und Kurkuma) probiert. Ich lese hier wirklich tolle Ideen wie etwa als Dip, aufs Baguette, auf Focaccia oder zum Eintopf. Das klingt alles wirklich lecker. Den Toskana Aufstrich esse ich auch am liebsten zu einem frischen Baguette vom Bäcker und dazu ein Salat. Mehr braucht es für mich nicht.

: Review date:This is the first vegetable spread I've bought in years - none of them have managed to convince me. I'm rushing to buy this one as soon as the stock runs out. Very tasty - texture creamy, taste balanced & spicy, but no trace of spiciness ("not too spicy" according to another review). Fits on bread solo (also with stew) & e.g. also good with salami. Reminds me very much of the delicious aubergine "paste" that many delicatessen stands have - but it's organic instead of conventional and not nearly as rich (and dairy-free), because it's not based on cream cheese.
Der erste Gemüseaufstrich, den ich nachkaufe - seit Jahren hat mich keiner bleibend überzeugen können. Diesen hier kaufe ich eilig nach, sobald der Vorrat zur Neige geht. Sehr lecker - Textur cremig, Geschmack ausgewogen & würzig, aber von Schärfe keine Spur ("nicht zu scharf" laut anderer Rezension). Passt aufs Brot solo (auch zum Eintopf) & z.B. auch gut zu Salami. Erinnert mich sehr an die leckere Auberginen"paste", die viele Feinkost-Stände haben - ist dafür bio statt konventionell & lange nicht so mächtig (und dazu milchfrei), da eben nicht auf Frischkäse-Basis.
