The tin was empty after only 3 days. The spread is exactly to my taste. The green, whole peppercorns go very well with it, are also nice and soft and can be spread well. In my opinion, Allos could only improve the appearance a little more. I know that the pâté contains yeast. Nevertheless, it looks like a round brown-grey lump of yeast. That might curb the appetite of some people. Just a tip...

Die Dose war bei mir schon nach 3 Tagen leer. Der Aufstrich trifft genau meinen Geschmack. Die grünen, ganzen Pfefferkörner passen sehr gut dazu, sind auch schön weich und lassen sich auch gut verstreichen. Lediglich an der Optik könnte Allos meiner Meinung nach noch etwas feilen. Mir ist klar, dass die Pastete Hefe enthält. Trotzdem sieht sie wie ein runder braun-grauer Hefeklumpen aus. Das könnte dem einen oder anderen vllt. etwas den Appetit "zügeln". Nur als Tipp...

Very good consistency, pepper content not too high, appealing plastic aesthetics. Also easy to spread when chilled. Also very good in creamy soups (e.g. potato soup or goulash soup) and stews as a seasoning. Suitable as an addition to tomato sauce to make the sauce a little "lighter" if dairy products are not desired. Can be used in many ways as a base for canapés. Not suitable for oven dishes.

Sehr gute Konsistenz, Pfefferanteil nicht zu hoch, ansprechende plastische Ästhetik. Auch in gekühltem Zustand gut zu verstreichen. Eignet sich auch sehr gut in sämigen Suppen (z.B. Kartoffelsuppe oder Gulaschsuppe) und Eintöpfen als Gewürzzugabe. Als Zugabe zu Tomatensoße geeignet, um die Soße etwas "heller" zu gestalten, wenn Verzicht auf Milchprodukte gewünscht ist. Als Grundlage auf Canapès vielfältig verwendbar. Bei Backofengerichten nicht anwendbar.
