Make a perfect cream sauce with a few mushrooms, onions and vegetable stock. Finally a great vegan substitute for cooking cream! :)

Mit ein paar Schwammerln, Zwiebeln und Gemüsebrühe eine perfekte Rahmsauce hinbekommen. Endlich ein toller veganer Ersatz für Kochsahne! :)

In a single household, the resealable 200 ml package is enough for one or two generous portions and can easily be stored in the fridge for a few days after opening and first use. The somewhat thick, creamy white Oat Cuisine does not have a strong taste of its own, so I use it as a vegan cream substitute for pasta sauces, for example. And: With only 7% fat, it is absolutely ingenious for all those who pay attention to their nutritional values!

Must Have in meiner Küche! In einem Single-Haushalt reicht die wieder verschließbare 200 ml Packung für ein bis zwei großzügige Portionen und hält sich nach Anbruch und der ersten Verwendung auch locker einige Tage im Kühlschrank. Die etwas dickflüssige, cremig weiße Hafer Cuisine hat keinen starken Eigengeschmack, so dass ich sie als veganen Sahneersatz bspw. bei Nudelsaucen einsetze. Und: Mit nur 7% Fett absolut genial für alle, die auf ihre Nährwerte achten!

Allos Oat Cuisine is perfect for thickening sauces, for example, and works very well as a substitute for cream. I was surprised because I didn't expect such a good result when cooking. It's nice that there are such "kitchen helpers" nowadays. Of course, Oat Cuisine doesn't quite come close to the taste of cream.

Allos Hafer Cuisine ist z.B. dafür perfekt, Soßen zu binden, und sehr gut als Ersatz für Sahne geeignet. Ich war überrascht, denn mit dem guten Ergebnis beim Kochen hätte ich nicht gerechnet. Schön, dass es heutzutage solche "Küchenhelfer" gibt. Nur an den Geschmack von Sahne kommt Hafer Cuisine natürlich nicht ganz heran.
