Allos Oat Barista foams up very well in my fully automatic coffee machine when freshly taken from the fridge. In my opinion, it's a convincing alternative to cow's milk. The milk foam of cow's milk is comparatively firmer, slightly more voluminous and with smaller pores.

Allos Hafer Barista lässt sich frisch aus dem Kühlschrank entnommen bei meinem Kaffeevollautomaten sehr gut aufschäumen. Aus meiner Sicht eine überzeugende Alternative zur Kuhmilch. Der Milchschaum ist bei der Kuhmilch vergleichsweise etwas fester, leicht voluminöser und kleinporiger.
