Dieser Brotaufstrich ist wahrlich Geschmackssache. Denn ganz kann ich mich den 5 Sternen meiner Vorgänger nicht anschließen. Was richtig toll ist, sind die kleinen Möhrenwürfel im Aufstrich, sehr lecker. Doch von den Champignons habe ich kaum etwas gemerkt. Schmeckte jedenfalls anders, als erwartet. Eben Geschmackssache.

: Review date:After I tried the Hofgemüse spreads at my vegetarian friend's house and was really impressed by them, I ordered a jar to take home with me. For me, the spread is more like a mushroom spread, because the carrots are completely lost in it. Nevertheless, I like it very much. It is quite tart and has an intense mushroom flavour. The spread has a brown colour and is not pureed beyond recognition, as many others are, but contains really big pieces of mushroom. In fact, I like Carina's mushroom and carrot creation so much that I'm going to order more varieties of farmyard vegetables from Violey to test.
Nachdem ich das Hofgemüse bei meiner vegetarisch lebenden Freundin probiert hatte und davon begeistert war, habe ich mir nun auch gleich ein Glas nach Hause bestellt. Der Aufstrich ist für mich aber eher ein Pilzaufstrich, denn die Karotten gehen darin komplett unter. Trotzdem schmeckt er mir sehr gut. Er ist recht säuerlich und hat ein intensives Champignonaroma. Das Hofgemüse hat eine braune Farbe und ist nicht, wie viel andere, bis zur Unkenntlichkeit püriert worden, sondern enthält richtig große Pilzstücke. Carinas Kreation Champignon Möhre gefällt mir sogar so gut, dass ich mir bei Violey noch weitere Sorten Hofgemüse zum Testen bestellen werde.
