: Review date:I love honey, but at first I was a bit put off by the price. But since several friends raved about this variety, I ordered it too. And I have not regretted it, this honey is simply something very special. The aroma is sweet and flowery and it doesn't taste too sweet. I have tried it pure but also stirred it into my warm milk and it is a dream.
Ich liebe Honig aber anfangs hat mich der Preis von diesem etwas abgeschreckt. Da mir aber mehrere Freundinnen von dieser Sorte vorgeschwärmt haben, habe ich ihn mir nun auch bestellt. Und ich habe es nicht bereut, dieser Honig ist einfach etwas ganz besonderes. Das Aroma ist lieblich und blumig und er schmeckt nicht zu süß. Ich habe ihn pur probiert aber auch schon in meine warme Milch eingerührt und es ist ein Traum.

: Review date:For us, lavender blossom honey from Allos (and only from Allos) is the best honey there is. It is sinfully expensive, but one jar lasts us several months. It is not as sweet as other honeys and has an incredibly sweet taste. Excellent on Breton salt butter with salt crystals or over fruit salad with Greek honey and cinnamon.
Der Lavendelblütenhonig von Allos (und nur der von Allos) ist für uns der beste Honig, den es gibt. Er ist zwar sündhaft teuer, aber so ein Glas reicht bei uns mehrere Monate. Er ist nicht so süß wie andere Honige und hat einen unglaublich lieblichen Geschmack. Hervorragend auf bretonischer Salzbutter mit Salzkristallen oder über Obstsalat mit griechischem Honig und Zimt.
