: Review date:Miel merveilleusement aromatique, au goût acidulé et épicé. Pas seulement sucré et collant comme certains autres miels. Assez liquide et, avec le miel de châtaignier, l'un de mes préférés. Le miel a beaucoup de saveur propre et ne convient peut-être pas à tous les usages. Pour une édulcoration neutre, plutôt pas.
Wunderbar aromatischer Honig, herb und würzig im Geschmack. Nicht einfach nur süß und klebrig wie manch anderer Honig. Ziemlich flüssig und zusammen mit dem Edelkastanienhonig einer meiner Lieblinge. Der Honig hat viel Eigengeschmack und ist vielleicht nicht für jeden Zweck geeignet. Zum neutralen Süßen eher nicht.

: Review date:I bought this honey for the first time and am thrilled. The product description by Violey hits the nail on the head. The honey is actually quite strong, even almost spicy in taste. Suitable for anyone who likes it a little more tart. The forest honey goes particularly well in natural yoghurt with finely chopped apple or delicious passion fruit and my homemade sugar-free muesli mix. A delight!
Ich habe mir zum ersten Mal diesen Honig gekauft und bin begeistert. Die Produktbeschreibung von Violey trifft es auf den Punkt. Der Honig ist tatsächlich recht kräftig, ja sogar fast würzig im Geschmack. Für jeden geeignet, der es etwas herber mag. Der Waldhonig passt besonders gut in Naturjoghurt mit klein geschnittenem Apfel oder leckerer Passionsfrucht und meiner selbstgemachten zuckerfreien Müslimischung. Ein Gedicht!
