: Review date:I can say I am thrilled. The juice is excellent. It's a very good substitute if, like me, you're not supposed to eat sugar anymore but like it a little sweet now and then. Great taste and sweetness. I just have a hard time with the dosage. I will order the dispenser bottle next time.

: Review date:I guess I was a little too quick on the uptake. In search of a "healthy" alternative to granulated sugar and encouraged by the many positive reviews, I immediately ordered the large jar of agave syrup. In the meantime, I've already tried it a few times, but I can't really get used to the taste. When you've only been used to granulated sugar for over thirty years, the change seems to be quite difficult. I don't think the sweetness is particularly "neutral". I also still have difficulties with the dosage. Hopefully I will get used to the new taste, because I now have a whole kilo at home :-(
Da habe ich wohl etwas zu schnell zugegriffen. Auf der Suche nach einer „gesunden“ Alternative zu Kristallzucker und bestärkt durch die vielen positiven Bewertungen habe ich mir gleich das große Glas Agavendicksaft bestellt. Inzwischen habe ich diesen schon ein paar Mal ausprobiert, kann mich aber an den Geschmack nicht so richtig gewöhnen. Wenn man über dreißig Jahre nur Kristallzucker gewohnt ist, fällt die Umstellung anscheinend recht schwer. Ich finde nämlich nicht, dass die Süße besonders „neutral“ ist. Auch mit der Dosierung habe ich noch Schwierigkeiten. Hoffentlich gewöhne ich mich noch an den neuen Geschmack, denn schließlich habe ich nun ein ganzes Kilo zu Hause :-(

: Review date:We have been using agave syrup instead of sugar in our household for years because, unlike many other sweeteners, it has a fairly neutral taste. As a result, it can be used very well for all kinds of foods without adulterating their taste. Its thick consistency also dissolves quickly in drinks and food. We always take the juice out of the jar with a clean spoon, which saves us having to decant it. That works well. And the large jar always lasts us many months. We are really very satisfied with the agave syrup from Allos and order it regularly from Violey.
Wir verwenden in unserem Haushalt schon seit Jahren Agavendicksaft anstelle von Zucker, da er, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Süßungsmitteln, einen recht neutralen Geschmack hat. Dadurch kann er sehr gut für alle möglichen Lebensmittel verwendet werden, ohne deren Geschmack zu verfälschen. Seine dickflüssige Konsistenz löst sich zudem in den Getränken und Speisen schnell auf. Wir entnehmen den Saft immer mit einem sauberen Löffel aus dem Glas und sparen uns somit das Umfüllen. Das klappt prima. Und das große Glas reicht bei uns auch immer viele Monate. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Agavendicksaft von Allos und bestellen ihn bei Violey regelmäßig nach.

: Review date:I now only use Allos agave syrup for sweetening, whether in baking or in muesli. I like this pleasant, subtle sweetness. The consistency is thick with a tendency towards liquid. The product also lasts a while after opening the glass packaging, so 1kg is not as much as you might think.
Ich benutze zum Süßen nur noch den Agavendicksaft von Allos, sei es beim Backen oder im Müsli. Ich mag diese angenehme, dezente Süße. Die Konsistenz ist dickflüssig mit der Tendenz zum Flüssigen. Das Produkt hält nach Öffnen der Glasverpackung auch eine Weile, so dass 1kg gar nicht so viel ist, wie man meinen mag.
