: Review date:A rather mild, floral-spicy honey, as an acacia honey should be. For me, it's the number one honey for bread, and with a little butter underneath, it's a dream for a great start to the day!

Ein geschmacklich würziger Honig, der leider etwas viel Süße hat. Darum nicht ganz ideal als Brotaufstrich zu verwenden (aber dafür gibt andere Angebote im Shop, für mich speziell von Eden). And so it's a good thing that this is the best honey I know - and there are quite a few. I don't even know how many jars of acacia honey I have enjoyed by now, because it goes in tea, on sandwiches, in Christmas biscuits. If you like honey with a lovely floral taste, you should definitely try this one!
Eigentlich habe ich den Akazienhonig bestellt, weil ich so viel Gutes über die Wirkung auf die Gesundheit gelesen habe. Und so trifft es sich gut, dass dies der beste Honig ist, den ich kenne - und das sind einige. Ich weiss gar nicht, wie viele Gläser Akazienhonig ich mittlerweile genossen habe, denn er kommt in den Tee, aufs Butterbrot, in die Weihnachtskekse. Wer lieblich-blumig schmeckenden Honig mag, sollte diesen hier unbedingt probieren!

: Review date:The honey is a real treat, especially if you have tried many varieties like I have. It tastes really delicious and smells wonderfully of acacia. Anyone who has tried the classic honeys knows the typical honey taste. The Allos honey is different. It tastes much more intense and reminds me of flowering meadows. We don't eat the honey, we enjoy it. It is a welcome companion for our family for breakfast, but we also enjoy it very much in the afternoon or to sweeten dishes. What is striking is its liquid consistency, which I have not experienced with other honeys so far.
Der Honig ist ein wahrer Genuss, vor allem wenn man wie ich schon viele Sorten ausprobiert hat. Er schmeckt sehr lecker und duftet herrlich nach Akazien. Wer die klassischen Honigsorten durchprobiert hat, kennt den typischen Honiggeschmack. Der Allos Honig ist anders. Er schmeckt viel intensiver und erinnert mich an blühende Wiesen. Wir essen nicht den Honig, wir genießen ihn. Er ist ein willkommener Begleiter für unsere Familie zum Frühstück, aber auch am Nachmittag oder zum Süßen von Gerichten genießen wir ihn sehr gerne. Auffällig ist seine flüssige Konsistenz, die ich bisher bei anderen Honigsorten nicht erlebt habe.
