: Review date:I think the new jams from Allos are great and have already tried many different varieties. But my absolute favourite is and remains the sour cherry. I am always impressed by how naturally fruity this jam tastes. A bit like preserved cherries, only a little sweeter and thicker. The jam is made without adding sugar, it is only sweetened with agave syrup. For my personal taste, most jams are simply too sweet and taste too little like the actual fruit. Here, however, the ratio is just right. If you spread the jam on a roll, you can still see every single cherry.
Ich finde die neuen Marmeladen der Firma Allos großartig und habe schon viele verschiedene Sorten ausprobiert. Mein absoluter Favorit ist und bleibt aber die Sauerkirsche. Ich bin jedes Mal wieder beeindruckt, wie natürlich fruchtig diese Marmelade schmeckt. Ein wenig wie eingeweckte Kirschen, nur ein bisschen süßer und dickflüssiger. Dabei wird die Marmelade ohne Zugabe von Zucker hergestellt, es wird lediglich mit Agavendicksaft gesüßt. Für meinen persönlichen Geschmack sind die meisten Marmeladen einfach zu süß und schmecken zu wenig nach der eigentlichen Frucht. Hier aber stimmt das Verhältnis. Streicht man die Marmelade auf ein Brötchen, kann man auch noch jede einzelne Kirsche erkennen.
