: Review date:Perfect for cooking and baking, very aromatic and always perfectly ripe, which is a big problem with fresh mangoes: they are often still too unripe or already overripe, rarely just right - then they taste medicinally bitter or liquor-like. Puree is also great, but not available everywhere, mango pieces from a jar are unripe, so I came up with this fruit spread. Highly aromatic, cheaper than puree & mango pieces and also keeps longer in the fridge. :)
Perfekt fürs Kochen & Backen, sehr aromatisch und immer mit perfektem Reifegrad, was bei frischen Mangos ein arges Problem ist: die sind häufig noch zu unreif oder schon überreif, selten auf den Punkt - dann schmecken sie medizinisch bitter bzw. schnapsig. Püree ist auch top, aber nicht überall erhältlich, Mangostücke aus dem Glas sind labbrig, daher kam ich auf diesen Fruchtaufstrich. Hocharomatisch, günstiger als Püree & Mangostücke und hält sich im Kühlschrank auch länger. :)
