Alce Nero Organic Whole Emmer Wheat Fusilli. This wholemeal fusilli is made from organically grown emmer (Triticum dicoccum) from Italy - one of the oldest cultivated cereals with a characterful, slightly nutty flavour. The spiral-shaped pasta has a rough surface that absorbs sauces particularly well and ensures intense flavour with every preparation. The packaging is made entirely of paper, so there is no plastic at all.

Application:

Add 100 g pasta to 1.5 litres of boiling, salted water and cook for approx. 11 minutes.
