Alce Nero Organic Vegetable Puree Legumes and Vegetables. Made with legumes, courgettes, potatoes and pumpkins from Italian organic farmers. The vegetables are selected, washed, chopped and frozen. The legumes are soaked before being added to the vegetables. Everything is then finely blended (homogenized) to break down the legume skins as much as possible. The filled jars undergo heat treatment to extend shelf life. This recipe contains no oil, allowing children to experience the genuine taste of the vegetables. Suitable from 6 months.
