: Review date:For us, also by far the favourite and best preserved tomatoes you can buy for a long time. It's great that they come in a glass bottle. The label is made of foil, but it can be removed easily (and above all without leaving any residue) and the bottle can be reused.
Für uns auch seit langem mit Abstand die liebsten und besten eingekochten Tomaten, die man kaufen kann. Toll, dass sie in einer Glasflasche abgefüllt sind. Das Etikett ist zwar aus Folie, kann aber dafür auch ganz einfach (und vor allem rückstandsfrei) abgelöst und die Flasche weiterverwendet werden.

: Review date:We like all the products from Alce Nero - we are addicted to the tomato pulp! It tastes tomatoier and fresher than the passata, contains the small tomato seeds and more aroma. It tastes like home-cooked tomatoes, and that's saying something! Open a glass in the depths of winter in the cruellest weather and in Corona lockdown - and all is well: the sun is shining, it smells of summer and holidays and freedom. And to go with it, there's just pasta, good pasta. Tomato sauce with minced meat is also good, tomato soup with croutons delicious.
Wir mögen alle Produkte von Alce Nero - süchtig sind wir nach der Tomatenpulpe! Sie schmeckt tomatiger und frischer als die Passata, enthält die kleinen Tomatensamen und mehr Aroma. Sie schmeckt wie selbst eingekochte Tomaten und das will was heissen! Im tiefsten Winter bei grausigstem Wetter und im Corona-Lockdown ein Glas öffnen - und alles ist gut: die Sonne scheint, es duftet nach Sommer und Ferien und Freiheit. Dazu gibt es einfach nur Pasta, gute Pasta. Tomatensauce mit Hackfleisch ist auch gut, Tomatensuppe mit Croutons lecker.
