: Review date:I bought these biscuits for the first time. They taste quite good and really not very sweet, BUT: the recipe has since been changed! The olive oil has probably become too expensive. It has been replaced by sunflower oil with a high oleic acid content. It's difficult to find out; it's only on the packet, and on the manufacturer's website only in the Italian-language section. In all other languages it is still stated that the biscuits contain olive oil. That's not possible! I give 5 stars for the flavour of the biscuits and zero for the manufacturer's outdated information, making an average of 3 stars with a little goodwill.
Ich habe diese Kekse zum 1. Mal gekauft. Schmecken ganz gut und wirklich sehr wenig süß, ABER: das Rezept wurde inzwischen geändert! Das Olivenöl ist wohl zu teuer dafür geworden. Es wurde nämlich durch Sonnenblumenöl mit hohem Ölsäuregehalt ersetzt. Das ist schwer herauszufinden; es steht nur auf der Packung, und auf der Webseite des Herstellers ausschließlich im italienischsprachigen Teil. In allen anderen Sprachen wird dort immer noch behauptet, dass die Kekse Olivenöl enthalten. Das geht gar nicht! Ich gebe 5 Sterne für den Geschmack der Kekse und null für die veralteten Angaben des Herstellers, macht im Durchschnitt und mit etwas gutem Willen 3 Sterne.

: Review date:Very ingenious biscuits - hardly any sweetness, nicely crumbly, nutty, slightly tart flavour. And for once something without wheat, spelt etc., they don't tempt me to eat more than I need for a snack. Two pieces fill me up. A welcome change from chocolate. :-)
Sehr geniale Kekse - kaum Süße, schön mürb, nussiges leicht herbes Aroma. Und mal was ohne Weizen, Dinkel etc., verleiten mich nicht dazu, mehr zu essen als für einen Snack nötig. Zwei Stück davon sättigen mich. Willkommene Abwechslung zur Schokolade. :-)
