Alce Nero Organic Minestrone. Hearty vegetable soup made from 100% organic Italian vegetables and pulses in a classic recipe with seven different types of vegetables. The carefully composed blend combines flavoursome vegetables and delicious pulses to create a filling soup. Simply heat up and refine as desired with fresh herbs, a dash of olive oil or grated cheese.
Preparation:
  1. Pour the soup in a pot and turn the heat up.
  2. Cook for approx. 3 minutes.
  3. Add extra virgin olive oil and pepper to taste.
