Alce Nero Organic Legumes and Emmer Soup. Rustic soup with Italian organic legumes and emmer according to a traditional recipe and ready to enjoy in just 3 minutes. The savoury legumes harmonise perfectly with the hearty emmer grains to create a filling, aromatic soup. Simply heat up and refine as desired with fresh herbs, a dash of olive oil or spices.
Preparation:
  1. Pour the soup in a pot and turn the heat up.
  2. Cook for approx. 3 minutes.
