Alce Nero Organic Legume Soup Mix with Pumpkin and Carrots. A balanced blend of carefully selected pulses, supplemented with pumpkin and carrots for a harmonious, mild, slightly sweet flavour. Ideal for the quick and easy preparation of a hearty, warming soup with a pleasant texture and full flavour.
Add: 500 ml water, extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Bring 500 ml of water to the boil.
- Add the contents of the packet.
- Cook over a medium heat for approx. 6 minutes.
- Leave to rest briefly and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to taste.
