Alce Nero Organic Emmer Wheat Tubetti. Short tubes made from Italian organic spelt of the Triticum Dicoccum variety - perfect for holding sauces both inside and out. The rough surface makes the tubetti particularly sauce-friendly and allows creamy or chunky sauces to adhere wonderfully. With their characteristic nutty spelt flavour, they are ideal for pasta soups, stews or classic pasta dishes. The plastic-free packaging can simply be disposed of in the waste paper.

Application:
