Alce Nero Organic Emmer Wheat Tagliatelle. Made from organically grown emmer (Triticum dicoccum) from Italy, this tagliatelle combines the original character of the grain with the traditional art of pasta making. Emmer is one of the oldest cultivated types of wheat and impresses with its slightly nutty, aromatic flavour. The rough surface ensures that sauces are absorbed particularly well and therefore provides intense flavour with every preparation. The packaging is made entirely of paper and does not contain any plastic.

Application:
