Alce Nero Organic Emmer Wheat Penne Rigate. Made from Italian organic spelt of the Triticum Dicoccum variety - one of the oldest cultivated grains in the world. The semolina is processed with water from the Trentino Alps and shaped into bronze-coloured pasta. The rough surface ensures that sauces adhere perfectly and the penne develop their characterful, nutty flavour in every preparation. The plastic-free packaging can simply be disposed of in the waste paper.

Application:
