Alce Nero Organic Emmer Wheat Gramigna. Small, curved pasta made from Italian organic spelt of the Triticum Dicoccum variety. Ideal for soups, stews and light pasta dishes. The rough surface of Gramigna absorbs broths and sauces wonderfully and makes it the perfect choice for savoury soups or creamy preparations. With their characteristic nutty spelt flavour, the small pasta brings variety to the kitchen. The plastic-free packaging can simply be disposed of in the waste paper.

Application:
