Alce Nero Organic Emmer Wheat Fusilli. Spiral pasta made from Italian organic spelt of the Triticum Dicoccum variety, one of the oldest cultivated grains. The rough surface of the fusilli makes it particularly sauce-friendly and allows pesto, ragù or creamy sauces to adhere wonderfully. With their characteristic nutty flavour, spelt pasta brings a special touch to the plate. The plastic-free packaging can simply be disposed of in the waste paper.

Application:
