Alce Nero Organic Emmer Soup. A savoury blend of organic Italian pulses and spelt, ideal for a warming soup at any time of year. The balanced combination harmonises perfectly with aromatic herbs and fresh vegetables of your choice and can be enjoyed hot in winter or lukewarm in summer.

Application:

To prepare 3 servings, take 200 grams of spelt soup, 2 carrots, 1 stick of celery, 1 small onion, a sprig of parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper. Chop the vegetables and brown them for a few minutes in extra virgin olive oil, then add the previously washed spelt soup. Add plenty of water or vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Cooking time is approximately 40-50 minutes.
