Alce Nero Organic Emmer Porridge. Creamy instant emmer porridge made from 100% Italian organic emmer, an ancient grain with a characteristic nutty, slightly sweet taste. The finely ground semolina dissolves in hot milk or water in no time at all, transforming into a creamy, warming porridge. Perfect for a delicious breakfast or as a soothing snack between meals. Also delicious combined with honey, cinnamon, nuts or fresh fruit.

Bring water to the boil in a small saucepan. Use approximately one tablespoon (= 5 g) per 50 ml of liquid.
