Alce Nero Organic Durum Wheat Rigatoni are made of 100% durum wheat semolina and dried slowly and gently at low temperature. The big pasta tubes are a real eye-catcher and go well with hearty and creamy sauces with ricotta, cheese, mushrooms or truffles, but also as pasta bake with ham, peas and cheese.

Application:
Use 1.5 litres of water per 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to boil and add 10 g of salt per litre of water. The cooking time is about 11 minutes or even longer according to taste.
