Alce Nero Organic Cappelli Durum Wheat Semolina. Fine instant durum wheat semolina made from Italian organic Cappelli wheat, a historic variety from the early 1900s with a characteristic nutty flavour. The finely ground semolina dissolves instantly in hot milk or water and transforms into a velvety, creamy porridge. Perfect for a warming breakfast on cold mornings or as a quick snack between meals. Also delicious with honey, cinnamon or fresh fruit.

Bring water to the boil in a small saucepan. Use approx. one tablespoon (= 5 g) for every 50 ml of liquid.
