Alce Nero Organic Cappelli Durum Wheat Rigatoni. Made from Italian organic Cappelli durum wheat, a historical variety from the early 1900s that was cultivated in the provinces of Foggia and Bari. The semolina is processed with water from the Trentino Alps to produce the characteristic grooved tubes. Thanks to their shape and textured surface, the rigatoni absorb sauces perfectly and make an excellent addition to all pasta dishes. The plastic-free packaging can be easily disposed of in the waste paper.

Application:
