Alce Nero Organic Cappelli Durum Wheat Piadina. Senatore Cappelli wheat was chosen for this classic piadina - one of the oldest and most aromatic durum wheat varieties in Italy, which gives the thin flatbread its characteristically intense, nutty flavour. Baked with extra virgin olive oil and packed in three pieces, it is the uncomplicated basis for everything that combines tradition and good flavour. Whether topped with cold cuts, cheese and vegetables, filled to your liking, or simply as a bread accompaniment.

Cook in a non-stick pan ober high heat for about 1 minute per side.
