Alce Nero Organic Cappelli Durum Wheat Penne Rigate. Made from Italian organic Cappelli durum wheat, a historic variety that was cultivated in the early 1900s and originates from the provinces of Foggia and Bari. Thanks to their ribbed surface, the penne rigate absorb sauces perfectly and are excellent in all pasta dishes. The plastic-free packaging can simply be disposed of in the waste paper.
