When mixing them with rice, you have a choice: either cook them very briefly so that they still have bite, or cook them for about 10 minutes together with the other ingredients so that they are softer.
Natürlich haben auch andere, geschmacksärmere Bohnen ihre Anhänger. Schließlich kann man viel mit Gewürzen, Kräutern uns Saucen erreichen. Aber diese Bohnen haben einen besonderen Geschmack. Zum Verfeinern eines Salates geht es ganz schnell direkt aus dem Glas.
