: Review date:We use Albgold’s chickpea fusilli for dishes with an Asian or African twist, and because of the protein content of the chickpeas. It’s versatile in terms of flavour combinations. The cooking time must be timed precisely; otherwise, it quickly turns into chickpea soup.
It’s slightly less al dente than Byodo’s chickpea pasta. But it’s perfect for us.
Die Kichererbsenfussili von Albgold nutzen wir für die asiatisch/ afrikanisch angehauchte Küche und wegen des Eiweißgehaltes der Kichererbse. Geschmacklich vielseitig kombinierbar. Kochzeitpunkt muss genau abgestimmt sein. Sonst wird es schnell eine Kichererbsensuppe.
Ein wenig geringer Bissfest als die Byodo Kichererbsenpasta. Aber für uns perfekt.
