Agava Organic Raspberry Mousse. The fruity flavour of raspberry meets fluffy mousse. Ready to enjoy in just 1-2 minutes without cooking: stir, mix and enjoy! With extra plant-based protein.
Preparation:
Please add: 250 g chilled cream, alternatively 200 g chilled cream and 50 ml chilled milk
- Pour the liquid into a bowl and mix.
- Add the powder and mix briefly with the mixer on a low setting.
- Beat on high speed for 1 to 1.5 minutes. (If necessary, increase the speed slowly to avoid splashing).
The mousse can also be prepared with plant-based alternatives. The consistency and flavour may vary.
For a particularly fluffy consistency, leave the mousse in the fridge overnight.
