Agava Organic Vegetable Egg Substitute. Serves as a binding agent. For pancakes, waffles, cakes, pastries and savoury dishes. Not suitable for preparing scrambled or fried eggs. 1 pack of vegetable egg substitute is equivalent to 4 eggs.
Dosage: 1 packet corresponds to 4 eggs. 
  1. Measure out 200 ml sparkling water. 
  2. Mix the sparkling water with the complete egg substitute. 
  3. Depending on the recipe, process as a whole egg. 
 Tip: 5 g (1 teaspoon) + 50 ml sparkling water corresponds to a whole egg.

Works wonderfully, was my first time with something like this. There was no difference in the cake, neither in flavour nor in consistency. A great alternative!!!

Funktioniert wunderbar, war mein erstes Mal mit sowas. Im Kuchen war kein Unterschied festzustellen, weder geschmacklich noch an der Konsistenz. Eine super Alternative!!!
