Agava Organic Passion Fruit Mousse. Dessert powder for preparing passion fruit mousse. Tropical-flavoured indulgence with extra protein to spoon up. Quick to prepare and absolutely sure to succeed: stir, mix and enjoy.
Preparation
Add: 250 g refrigerated cream.
Alternatively: 200 g refrigerated cream + 50 g chilled milk.
- Pour the liquid into a bowl and mix.
- Add the powder and mix briefly with the mixer on a low setting.
- Beat for 60 to 90 seconds at high speed (if necessary, increase the speed slowly to avoid splashing).
Note: The mousse can also be prepared with plant-based alternatives. The consistency and flavour may vary.
