Karin Lang Agava Organic Gelling without cooking. Natural, fruity, raw delicious - with this gelling aid you can make fresh fruit spreads without cooking and with a reduced sugar content.
Still add: 
  • 1kg fruit or 400 ml fruit juice 
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice, sugar as needed
  1. Mix the contents of the bag with lemon juice and fruit juice or fruit, except for half a teaspoon 
  2. Fruit juice: Mix the mixture for 4 minutes on the lowest setting with a hand mixer. 
  3. Fruits: Puree the mixture with the hand blender for 4 minutes. 
  4. If the mixture is not yet firm enough, add the remaining amount of gelling powder and mix or puree again.
