: Description:

Agava Organic Mousse au Chocolat. Dessert powder with cocoa for the preparation of chocolate mousse. A chocolate dream come true with extra protein. Quick to prepare and absolutely sure to succeed: stir, mix and enjoy.
Preparation
Add: 250 g refrigerated cream.
Alternatively: 200 g refrigerated cream + 50 g chilled milk.
  1. Pour the liquid into a bowl and mix.
  2. Add the powder and mix briefly with the mixer on a low setting.
  3. Beat for 60 to 90 seconds at high speed (if necessary, increase the speed slowly to avoid splashing). 
Note: The mousse can also be prepared with plant-based alternatives. The consistency and flavour may vary.
