: Description:

Karin Lang Agava Gelling without Sugar is a gelling agent. In the large package with 3 packs of 50 g each. It naturally contains sugar. With the gelling aid, fruit spreads can be made with a reduced sugar content. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add some agave syrup to the fruit spread. This enhances the fruity note.
Still add: 
1 kg (chopped) fruit or 600 ml fruit juice, 1 - 3 tsp lemon juice.
  1. Mix 100 ml fruit juice or 100 g fruit with the jelling powder and the lemon juice. 
  2. Pour the remaining liquid or fruit into a pot and bring to the boil. 
  3. Add the mixture to the pot and simmer gently for 3 minutes. 
  4. Then pour into boiled jars and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
