Shake well before use. Apply a sufficient amount before going out in the sun. Using less reduces the sun protection significantly. Avoid all contact with the eyes. Repeat the application periodically to maintain the protection. Especially after staying in the water, when you have sweated, or after drying.
Do not stay too long in the sun, even if you use a sunscreen. Above all, you should avoid the strong lunch sun (between noon and 4pm). Over-exposure to the sun is a serious risk to the health.
This product is not suitable for children under 3 months of age. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunshine. Corresponding protective clothing (hat, sunglasses) is strongly recommended!
