Acorelle Oriental Wax Roll-On Body

Hair removal on the basis of a sugar paste with ylang ylang

Acorelle Oriental Wax Roll-On Body allows the quick and easy application of the sugar paste thinly and evenly. Thanks to its convenient format even difficult-to-access areas such as the armpit can be reached. Any sugar residues can be rinsed off with water. The special formula contains cane sugar, ylang-ylang and moisturizing, natural glycerin. For optimal use, the bottle can be placed upside down on the cap.

This box contains: One 100 ml roll on oriental wax + 10 washable and reusable strips + 1 instruction leaflet.
Directions for use:
  • Unscrew the nozzle, remove the white film sealing the bottle. Screw in the nozzle and heat up the wax for the amount of time indicated.
  • Heating in the microwave: 15 seconds.
  • Heating in a bain-marie: Place the roll-on in a pan. Fill with water up to the level of the roll-on wax. Remove the roll-on. Bring the water to the boil, then reduce the heat. Place the roll-on back in the water and heat for 4 minutes. Do not boil the wax as this would make it unsuitable for use.
  • Always carry out a touch test on the inside of the wrist to test the temperature of the wax before use. Leave to rest for one minute before use.
  • Slowly roll the applicator on the area to treat in the same direction as hair growth. Hold the skin taut with one hand and remove the strip with the other hand, using a rapid movement in the opposite direction to hair growth. Repeat with the same strip until it no longer sticks.
  • Rinse off any wax residue with water. Retain the strips after use. Wash them in warm water ready to re-use for future hair removal.
  • At the end of the hair removal session, remove the roll-on device to rinse it in warm water and dry it. Replace the roller applicator on the bottle, and replace the cap. Stock the bottle head up, in a dry environment.

Precautions for use: Read the instructions carefully before use. Follow the directions for use. Before using for the first time, carry out a sensitivity test on the hair removal area the day before to check your tolerance to the product. If there is no reaction, you may proceed with the hair removal procedure. Apply to clean, dry and healthy skin. Do not use on irritated skin, wounds, scars, varicode veins, moles, skin which is burnt, damaged, sunburnt or has previously had a reaction to wax. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use within 24 hours of exposure to the sun, or immediately after a bath. Do not expose your skin to the sun for 24 hours following hair removal. It is vital to check the temperature of the wax before use, as it may burn the skin if too hot. As less and less wax will be left after each use, you will need to reduce the heating time. Do not overheat the wax. It will be less effective if too runny, and may cause burns. Redness may appear within 24 hours. If it persists, see your doctor. Do not use alcohol-based products on the area for 24 hours following hair removal. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children.

I find this hair removal roll-on neither easy nor efficient. It is very difficult to use and the roller constantly gets in the way when you apply it. Either you press on too little and have too little wax on the skin or you press on too much and the roller flies away. And in the end I still have to rework with the tweezers. No thanks, I don't need it again.

Diese Haarentfernung als Roll-On finde ich weder einfach noch effizient. Es ist sehr schwer in der Handhabung, beim Auftragen hemmt ständig der Roller. Entweder drückt man zu wenig auf und hat zu wenig Wachs auf der Haut oder man drückt zu sehr auf und die Rolle fliegt einen davon. Und letztendlich muss ich trotzdem mit der Pinzette nacharbeiten. Nein Danke, brauch ich nicht noch mal.
