Pumpkin Organics Kids Bluey Organic Oat & Spelt Banana Bread Baking Mix. Simple family baking fun with no frills! This banana bread baking mix is based on oats and spelt, harmoniously rounded off with a pinch of cinnamon. With just a few simple steps, the dough is ready in just 10 minutes. No added sugar (ingredients naturally contain sugar). Whether classic or as muffins, in a lunch box or as a birthday cake: The banana bread is versatile and also works wonderfully as a vegan version.

And it's that simple:
You need:

• 400 g bananas without peel
• 150 g natural yoghurt
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp neutral oil, e.g. sunflower or rapeseed oil

For a plant-based preparation:

• 400 g bananas without peel
• 70 ml plant-based drink
• 75 ml neutral oil, e.g. sunflower or rapeseed oil

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.
2. Grease a loaf tin (approx. 25 cm) well or line with baking paper.
3. Mash the peeled bananas well with a fork.
4. Mix the contents of the packet with the mashed bananas and the remaining ingredients to make a homogeneous batter.
5. Pour the batter into the loaf tin and smooth it out.
6. Then bake the bread for about 40 to 50 minutes on the middle shelf.
7. Leave the bread to cool in the tin for approx. 10 minutes, remove from the tin and place on a wire rack.
