Thanks to its very short cooking time, the polenta is quick and easy to prepare.

Anvendelse:
Preparation: Bring 1 part polenta to the boil with 3 parts water and a pinch of salt.
Stir in the polenta gradually and simmer for 1–3 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
Adjust the amount of water depending on the desired consistency.
Quick to prepare thanks to pre-cooked maize and ideal for:
- classic accompaniments to vegetables, stews and sauces
- one-pot dishes with seasonal vegetables
- polenta slices: leave to cool, cut into slices, fry or bake au gratin
- sweet variations with plant-based milk and fresh fruit.
