Bioladen Organic Tagliatelle. Long, flat, slightly wider and really good. bioladen Tagliatelle is made from 100 per cent Italian durum wheat semolina using traditional methods. Bronze dies give the pasta a rough surface that absorbs sauces particularly well. Thanks to the gentle drying process, the pasta retains its firmness when cooked. The rough, porous surface and the wide shape of these ribbon-style noodles make them a particularly good match for hearty ragouts, creamy mushroom sauces, salmon and seafood, as well as rich vegetable dishes.

Preparation:
Use 100 g of pasta, 1 litre of water and 10 g of salt for each portion. Bring the water to the boil, add salt, then add the pasta. Cook for 12–14 minutes, drain and leave to rest for about 1 minute.
