Leave 1–2 teaspoons (4–8 g) of psyllium husks to soak in 200–400 ml of water or juice for 15 minutes each day. Give it a good stir again before use.

Ingredienser:

Psyllium husks from certified organic farming.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and cereals containing gluten.

Store in a dry place, away from light and heat.
Psyllium husks are high in fibre and have a high swelling capacity. They should therefore be consumed with plenty of liquid.
The daily intake should not exceed 20 g.
