To make soup: Stir 1 tsp (5 g) of soup powder into 200 ml of water and bring to the boil briefly.
For sauces: Stir into a vegan cream alternative to taste and bring gently to the boil, or use for gratinating in the oven.
As a dip: Stir into a vegan cream cheese alternative to taste, leave to infuse for a short while and stir again until smooth before serving.
